A hollow feeling quickly replaced by regret

– Wine affects my judgement and make me think that eating white Magnums is OK

– Espresso at 9pm is a bad idea

– Sugar makes me feel absolutely shocking

– I’ll try really hard not to waste time or energy in the gym with negative thoughts because this holiday has made me realise how much I miss exercise when I don’t have it in a structured, regular way. Holidays from work are lovely but I feel crap for not having done any proper sweaty exercise for more than a week.
