General impression: Tough, legs were achy from neglecting stretching and rolling and I struggled to get any kind of decent cadence. First few intervals my left glute was firing though, which was fab! I battled a bit with the Inner Critic but combatted this by focussing on the fact that every interval was one closer to the end, and celebrating that I didn’t miss a single interval and managed to do the time reasonably easily.
